Chinese new year

For the last few weeks Mrs Jacks reading group been learning about Chinese new year some of the reading groups did a dragon dance. This is the dragon i drew. My reading group did a dragon dance.

 This term in Cybersmart we have been learning about private information. We are doing a anmation on a google slide me and Arwen are doing a animation about saying what is private information. For example if somebody email's you or coment's how old you are and also says were do you live you can just not tell them because it is being cybersafe. Today we read about Chinese new year, and we had to write down notes about Chinese new year.

What is my footprint

Over the last couple of weeks we have been learning personal and private information. We learnt it in Cyber smart is is very fun to do it, and if the question is right to you, you can put a footprint next to the question. We have been learning about footprints all this term in Cyber smart.

Plastic in the ocean

Plastic in the ocean.

Would you eat plastic?

Plastic is sometimes not good to use because lots of plastic is washing
away in the sea and killing some animals.

People need to stop littering because it is not good for animals.
Lots of people have plastic bags.

Some sea animals get stuck in plastic and string from the plastic.
Some seals have got tangled in plastic.

Lots of turtles and other sea creatures are eating plastic because
they think that they are jellyfish.

People have plastic bags because they need them for getting food
and for the shopping.

People can use reusable bags for shopping and to buy things.

sustaniability

Sustainability is to help things keep going. 

I think that Sustainability makes things so they can keep going and it is good for it to rain because animals need water and food to stay alive. 

And plastic, plastic bags are killing lots of animals like turtles because turtles think that plastic bags are jellyfish. It is not good for them to eat it because it is very bad. 

So I think we should use reusable bags so they will not kill lot of animals. And we can also use boxes too. By Erin
