Last week in Science we did a project using Indicator's. 

What is an acid?

There are many acids that there are to use, the acid we used for the project Hydrochloride acid and Hydroxide acid.

What is an alkali?

An alkali is a base that is soapy like many cleaning products.

What is an indicator?

An indicator is a small tube that changes colour when you put it in an acid.

-----------------------

We poured our substance into the Indicators and mixed it with all the other mixtures we had. The colours in the Indicators changed colours from it mixing into the substance.

Sports Heroes

 For the past few day in Hurumanu 3 we have been working on a slide about sports heroes. It is about people that play famous sports and are heroes of achieving it and some making it to the Olympics. We had to write 2 slides for a type of hero that plays a sport. But for local hero I only did one which was my brother.
